TINUBU IS A DETRIBALIZED LEADER, SAYS NAUS NATIONAL DIRECTOR,GENDER AND STUDENT’S EMPOWERMENT.
Let us use this opportunity to reflect and appreciate those who fought to secure Nigerians this favorable system of governance, especially the African king of democracy late Chief MKO Abiola, the winner of the annulled June 12 1993 presidential elections who paid the ultimate prize with his life as well as other meaningful Nigerians who also lost their lives in the fight to enthrone democracy in Nigeria (may their souls continue to rest in peace).
It is also important to acknowledge the effort of those who have steadied the ship of democracy in our nation, people like the Nigerian president his Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR who over the years has contributed greatly to the growth and stability of our democracy through human empowerment in politics and other walk of lives.
He has championed the course of democracy through and even outside of his political obligations who in his bid to encourage and prepare younger ones for future political responsibilities, he made platforms available to tutor them on democratic ethics norms, and values. He also keeps giving them the opportunity to witness and learn from his true art of good governance.
This was what make him successful because he is completely a detribalized Nigerian, and a man tolerant to all religions and beliefs throughout his political life. He has been able to carry everyone along adequately in decision making and has earned Nigerians trust cum confidence.
His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR can be described as a completely true democrat considering how he manages the interest of everyone while ensuring the sovereignty of our country isn't trampled upon.
It is important that like our democracy heroes and others sustaining democracy till date like his Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, we all begin to inculcate democracy as part of our daily lives by pushing for ideas and policies that will fuel the progress of Nigeria.
We all have a responsibility towards nation building, and I'll encourage that we shun activities that serves to undermine our country's sovereignty on a day like this.
It is on this note, I will like to call on his Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR to provide a secure, affordable, conducive and favorable learning environment to enable the downtrodden Nigerians equip with a proper skills in their different walk of lives.
May the labor of our heroes past never be in vain.
